Introduction
The activity log tracks all changes made to a project, starting from its creation. It includes modifications to the project, location details, shared users, performed analysis, and added comments or issues. Users can search and apply filters to find specific activities. The log can be exported to Excel for audit trail reporting, and records cannot be modified or deleted.
Activity Log Records
- Every record has the following information related to the activity:
- Sequence ID: The unique identifier associated with the record.
- Component: Indicates the item that underwent a change.
- Action: Specifies the action taken, such as modified, added, completed, uploaded, or removed.
- Location: Indicates the specific area or task where the action occurred. This column displays the Table Number (TLF ID) as the primary reference. If the table number is unavailable, the file name is displayed as a fallback.
- Pre Value: the value before the changes were made.
- New Value: the value after the changes were made.
- Details: Additional information, such as the text of a comment or the people mentioned.
- Analysis: The analysis number where the changes were made
- Date: The date of the action.
- User: The user who performed the action.
How to View the Activity Log in the platform [Step-by-Step]
Two options:
- From the projects page: selecting the
icon next to the project.
- From the navigation bar: selecting the
icon at the bottom of the navigation bar, from any page within the project.
How to Download the Activity Log as a Report [Step-by-Step]
- Go to the Activity Log Page
- Select More from the upper right corner
- Select Export to Excel
