Introduction
This page allows individuals and teams to effectively organize, track, and prioritize their tasks. It also provides project managers with clear insights into the progress of the QC process and enables prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- All tasks (issues and discrepancies) are consolidated as a single list.

Users can distinguish between issues and discrepancies at a glance by referring to the ID chip color.
- White chip indicates an issue
- Yellow chip indicates a discrepancy
Filters
You can filter files based on various criteria. The file list provides the following details for each file:
- Type – Filter files based on their type.
- File – This filter allows users to view discrepancies and issues for a selected file.
- Discrepancies – Select a specific check, and the filter will display only the files with discrepancies related to the chosen check.
- Reason – This filter allows users to view selected RCA reasons for tasks having Ignore or Fixed status. If there are no applicable tasks, this filter is not displayed.
- Task Status – Filter files based on the task statuses as modified by the user. This allows you to see files according to their current progress in the task.
- Priority – Filter files based on the priority.
- Assignee – Filter by the file owner. The project creator is the default owner, but you can select a different assignee to view files assigned to them.
- Opened by – Filter tasks by the user who opened them. For discrepancies, the filter will show "Verify."
- Keywords – Enter free text to filter files based on keywords associated with them.
- Outcome – Filter files based on their outcome after analysis: Suspected, Verified, Not Applicable, and Faulted.
- Location – Choose the task location between Body, Footnote, Title.
- Category – Format, Data or General.
- Created – Choose the timeframe
- Last Update – Choose the timeframe
Task Management Search Enhancement
To improve efficiency and make it easier to locate specific tasks, the Task Manager page enables an enhanced free-text search. Users can search within specific fields by selecting the search button in the column header of the task list.

New Task Manager “Mentions” Filter
A Mentions filter is available on the Task Manager page. This filter appears once any user shared on a project is mentioned. This helps users quickly find tasks according to names of mentioned users, irrespective of task assignment

How to Create a New Issue [Step-By-Step]
- Click “+Issue”
- On the left click on “+Add File” and select the files
- Proceed as explained in the section
How to Perform Single Tasks Changes [Step-by-Step]
- Select a task.
- A lateral panel will appear with all the task information.
- Update one of the following parameters by selection on them: Status, Comment, Assign, and Priority.
How to Perform Bulk Tasks Changes [Step-by-Step]
- Select the tasks on which you want to perform a change
- A black box will appear and you can update the following parameters: Status, Assignee, and Priority.
Delete issue
Verify offers a "soft delete" feature for issues, allowing users to remove irrelevant issues while maintaining traceability. Users can delete their own issues, while managers can delete those created by others. A reason is required for deletion, and the action is logged in the Activity Log. Deleted issues remain visible and can be restored if necessary.
How to View Deleted Issue [Step-by-Step]
- Navigate to the Task Manager page.
- Select the option "Show Deleted Issues" to enable viewing all deleted issues that are colored in red.
- Use the Status filter to narrow the results to Deleted issues for quicker identification.
How to Restore Deleted Issues[Step-by-Step]
- Once you are viewing the deleted issues (see View Deleted Issue for details))
- Open the Kebab Menu
- Select “Restore Issue”
How to Export the Excel File [Step-by-Step]
- From the Task Manager page, at the top-right corner, select the kebab menu.
- Select “Export to Excel” to download the Task Manager report. The report is filtered according to the current filters the user has selected.
- Review the report containing all the task details.
