Introduction
When you log in to Verify, you are directed to the Projects Page, which provides a detailed list of all projects that align with your permissions. This organized layout ensures you have a clear view of your projects, their status, and the tools needed to manage them effectively.
The page is divided into two sections:
- Active Projects: Ongoing projects that are currently being worked on.
- Archived Projects: Inactive projects stored for reference or historical purposes.
Each project is displayed with the following details and options:
- Project ID: A unique identifier for the project.
- Name: The title of the project for easy recognition.
- Analyses: The number and types of analyses performed on the project.
- Created By: The name of the user who initially created the project.
- Creation Date: The date the project was first created.
- Last Update: The most recent date when any changes were made to the project.
- Last Analysis: The date of the most recent analysis performed on the project.
- Status: The current state of the project.
- Files: The number and types of files associated with the project in the last analysis.
- Outcome: The summary files status of the last analysis.
- Users: A list of team members or collaborators linked to the project.
Filters
You can filter the projects list using advanced filters such as Customer, Visibility (Internal/External), Created by, Created on - to quickly find relevant projects.
In addition, there are actionable options:
- Edit Project: Modify project details, files, or analysis settings.
- Access to the Activity Log: View a comprehensive history of all actions performed on the project.
- Access Overview Page: Navigate to a summary view of the project, including high-level results and updates.
- Archive Project: Move a project to the Archived Projects section for future reference (accessible via the kebab menu on the right side of each project line).
The Projects Page also provides:
- Contact Support: A quick link to request assistance or report issues.
- Create a New Project: Start a new project with the available tools and configurations.
