The "Yes/No" column is a simple yet effective way to record binary outcomes or responses to specific questions or criteria within the trial. This binary format allows for straightforward data collection and analysis, making it easier to quantify and compare outcomes across different groups within the trial. 

Purpose

• Validates that  the column header that indicates yes/no or y/n would include these values and  only these values in the column.
• Case-insensitive, ignore spaces, allow both types of slashes (/ and \).

Applicability 

Inclusion conditions 

• Listings that contain the columns Yes / No or Y/N.

Exclusion 

• Empty table
• Figures, Mock Shell, Tables, LoT

Discrepancies

• X / Y wrong values
• X / Y missing values
