• A dialogue box appears, presenting you with several subject options to choose from: Technical Support, General Questions, Feedback, or Other. 
• After selecting the appropriate subject and filling in your message, our support team will review it and respond promptly.

Submit a Request Via Help Center [Step-by-Step]

• To access Help & Support, click on the "Help & Support" option located in the top right corner. This opens a window with two options: Help Center and Contact Us. Choose "Help Center" to proceed. 
  

• Click on Submit a Request on the top right side of the page.

• Fill the fields and click Submit
