How to Open Help Center via Help & Support [Step-by-Step]

• Click on the "Help & Support" option located in the top right corner. This will open a window with two options: Help Center and Contact Us. Choose "Help & Support" to proceed.  

• Select the relevant section or use the search function 

How to Open Help Center via Question Mark Widget  [Step-by-Step]

• Click the Question Mark icon located at the bottom of any Verify page. This action causes a popup window to appear, presenting suggested Help Center articles. 
• You can also use the search field within this window to find articles related to specific topics of interest.
