Introduction
The File Review page includes a personal progress tracker, which helps users track their review progress of project files requiring their review. Marking and unmarking the indicator moves project files between the two lists:
- “My Unreviewed Files" - This is the default file state, indicating that the user has not yet reviewed the file.
- "My Reviewed Files” - Files are moved to the list of reviewed files when a user selects the indicator on the left next to the file, after their review is complete.
This progress tracker is user-specific, meaning that each user sees only their own file review progress for each project, and therefore personal indicator actions are not saved in the Activity Log.
You can share the person tracker with colleagues, see Share a Project section for details.
New Analysis impact on the Personal Progress Tracker
Each time a new validation analysis is performed on the project, a dialog appears asking users with access to files whether to clear their personal review indicator for their My Reviewed Files list. Users can select one of the following options:
- No, Cancel - The indicator settings remain as is for all files.
- Yes, for all - The indicator is reset, and all files that a user previously marked as reviewed will appear on the “My Unreviewed Files” list.
-
Yes, for Modified - The indicator is reset for modified files only, and these files will appear on the “My Unreviewed Files” list, while unmodified files that were marked as reviewed remain on the “My Reviewed Files” list.
