Introduction
The File Review page allows you to review and manage tasks efficiently. Tasks are highlighted within the file and can be accessed by clicking on their respective indicators.
When users click on a highlighted cell, highlighted text, or highlighted triangular indication that refers to two or more distinct tasks, Verify opens a dropdown task list that allows users to select the task they wish to view. This dropdown list includes the Task ID and the check name (for discrepancies) or category (for issues).
When you select a specific task, a lateral panel will appear on the left side with all the information related to that.
How to Manage a Single Task [Step-by-Step]
- Locate the Task.
- Click on the highlighted cell, text, or triangular indicator within the file to view associated tasks. If multiple tasks are linked, a dropdown list will appear. Select the task you wish to manage.
- Once a task is selected, the lateral panel will open, providing detailed information about the task, including its ID, check name** or category, current status, and comments.
- Click on the status and change it.
How to Manage a Multiple Task [Step-by-Step]
- Use the checkboxes to select multiple tasks or files from the list on the File Review page.
- A status bar at the top right corner provides an overview of the selected discrepancies and their statuses.
- For focused analysis, filter tasks by selecting the desired check or issue category from the top bar. This will update the status bar to reflect only the filtered tasks.
- Change the task status from the status bar.
