New enhancements to the Project Dashboard enable the following benefits:
- Simplifies tracking of project progress across teams and review processes.
- Provides unified visibility to support prioritizing high-impact tasks.
-
Provides capabilities to understand the overall picture, to minimize missed deadlines or miscommunication
By surfacing status breakdowns and actionable insights, the dashboard drives alignment, improves accountability, and adds measurable value throughout the QC and delivery lifecycle.
Project Dashboard Structure
The Project Dashboard is now organized into three main sections:
- Task Overview - A comprehensive task management panel that breaks down all key attributes, such as task type, assignee, status, and priority, providing actionable insights into the current state of project reviews.
- Analysis Comparison - This section highlights and summarizes the differences between analyses, helping users quickly identify file updates, discrepancies, and changes in checks performed.
- Project Info - All project-level details are now centralized in one location for easy reference. This includes both technical attributes and project configuration information, offering clear visibility into the project setup and validation checks selected in the last analysis.

Comparing Different Analyses Overview
The Comparison tab enables you to view and compare the results of each analysis, helping you track the progress and changes over time.
At the top of the page, you can select which analysis you want to compare your current analysis against. By clicking the “Review Comparison” button, you will be redirected to the Analysis Comparison Page for the selected comparison, where you can view a more detailed side-by-side comparison of each file.
The Comparison tab is divided into four key sections for comparing analyses:
- At the top right of the tab, you will see the number of files that were modified, added, or removed. This section provides an overview of the changes made to the project files between analyses, helping you track which files have been updated.
- On the top left, you will find detailed information about the changes made to the analysis itself. This includes the number of checks added or removed, changes to the snapshot date, modifications to the reference table, LoT modifications, and any changes to the mock shell file. This section provides insights into the specific adjustments made in the analysis, helping you understand the scope of modifications.
- The bottom left section features a line graph displaying the total number of discrepancies in each analysis. You can view discrepancies categorized by type, which allows for a focused review of specific types of discrepancies across different tables. The graph helps you understand how discrepancies have evolved over time between analyses.
- In the bottom right, you will find a graph with the number of modified files relative to the previous analysis.
Available Actions
