Overview Dashboard - Project Info Page

The Project Info section of the Project Dashboard is structured into three clear categories to improve usability and clarity:

1. General Info

This section displays project-level attributes and distinguishes between:

• Non-Process-Related Fields
  Editable fields that do not impact validation or result in reprocessing when changed. These fields can be updated freely from this page.
• Process-Related Fields
  View-only fields that affect validation processing. Changes to these attributes could influence analysis results and therefore can only be modified during project creation or edited via the Project Wizard.
• CRO Restriction Fields
  View-only fields that control CRO-Sponsor access restrictions (CRO fencing). These fields do not impact validation results but are crucial for organization-specific permission settings. The presentation and visibility of these fields depend on an organization’s settings for the project.

2. Analysis Info

This section consolidates information specific to project analyses. It includes metadata relevant to tracking and review. Direct modifications cannot be made from this page. Updates to analysis information are managed via the analysis workflow.

3. Share Project

Users can manage project sharing visibility and permissions in this section, including options to share with internal or external stakeholders based on their organization’s CRO or sponsor role configurations.
