Task Overview Options
- Filter Preferences Saved in Dashboard View
To enhance usability and streamline user workflows, Verify now automatically saves the user's last selected filter preferences on the Project Dashboard. When users apply specific filters (e.g., by priority, task type, assignee, or task status), these selections are preserved. The next time the user returns to the Project Dashboard, their previous filter configuration is automatically reapplied, eliminating the need for repetitive setup and supporting a more personalized and efficient experience.
- Clickable Charts – Direct Navigation to Filtered Task Views
To provide greater insight and interactivity, charts in the Project Dashboard are clickable and context-aware. When a user clicks on a section of a chart, such as a task status segment, reviewer progress bar, or issue distribution, the user is redirected to the Task Management page, with filters automatically applied to reflect the exact combination of filters and selected chart data.
For example, clicking on the "Open Tasks" segment of a chart while filters are set to a specific priority and issue type will take the user to a pre-filtered task view, showing only the open issues matching those conditions. This drill-down capability empowers users to quickly investigate the data behind the visualizations, understand task distribution, and take targeted action.
