Introduction
After user creation, there are different login procedures for first-time users and subsequent logins.
First-time Login - Step-by-Step
- Once a user has been created, you receive an email with a link and a temporary password.
- Click on the link.
- Insert your temporary password.
- In the following page you must change your temporary password to a permanent password.
- After updating your password you are redirected to the initial login screen.
First Login Role Selection – New User Flow
Upon first login to Verify, after this release, users are now required to select and confirm their Position (Organization Role) before accessing the system.
This step is mandatory and ensures that:
- Task and discrepancy ownership is aligned with organizational structure.
- Activity logs and reporting accurately reflect the user's defined role.
Subsequent Logins - Step-by-Step
- Open the login page.
- Insert your email and password.
Follow the MFA steps.
