MFA Download and Set Up

Introduction 

An Authenticator app is used for the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process, enhancing the security of your account.

Step-by-Step

First Time Login

• After logging in with your password, proceed to set up MFA. The process comprises three steps:
  1. Download the Microsoft or Google Authenticator app.

2. Scan the provided QR code. If there are scanning difficulties, use the "Can’t Scan QR" option to manually insert the code.

3. Input the generated code into Verify.

Subsequent Entries

• Following your initial login, input your username and password as usual.
• Enter the six-digit code generated by the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Reset MFA 

• To reset MFA, initiate the process by selecting "Reset MFA."
• The reset process mirrors the initial setup above.
