Introduction
The SSO login allows users to access Verify using your company’s BPN, without the need to insert a username and password. After your user is created by your company system, you can log in by clicking on the “Login” button.
If the login process fails, follow the steps below:
- Make sure you are using Chrome browser.
- Make sure you are connected to the company VPN. If not, connect and try again.
- If you are connected to the VPN, try to disconnect and reconnect, and then try again.
- Try to clear the browser cache - Click More (... button in the upper right corner) > ‘More tools’ > ‘Clear browsing data’. Try again.
- Restart your computer and try again.
