Introduction
Users can access a project, partially or entirely, based on the permissions (See User Type & Access Permissions) There are various ways to share a project with other Verify users, which are detailed in this section.
Verify sends an email to users to notify them that they have been added to the project.
Invite to Review from the File Review Page [Step-by-Step]
- Select the "Invite to Review" button.
- Click on “Invite to Review”.
- A pop-up window will open. Edit the invitation email as required:
- Add user name
- Write a message
- You can attach the reviewed files from their Personal Progress Tracker by selecting the check box.
- You can review the list of files by clicking on “Detail”.
How to Share During Project Creation or Update [Step-by-Step]
- When creating or updating a new project, the Share step in the Project Wizard allows you to share the project with additional users by typing their names in the dialog box.
How to Share from the Projects Page [Step-by-Step]
- On the Projects page, click on the user initials in the circles under the Users column. The Share project dialog box opens, and you can add users in the dialog box.
Share from the Overview page [Step-by-Step]
- On the overview page, select the Edit Project button.
- Click next until you get to the “Share” section, then add users.
