Validation Outcome

Introduction 

After each analysis, Verify assigns each file a file outcome based on the results of the analysis conducted. The outcome reflects the discrepancies found in the selected Validation Checks of the projects.

The outcome is static, so that it is not affected by the status changes. 

Verified and Not applicable outcomes per check is visible in the Project Analysis Excel Report.

Verified		All applicable checks for the file have been performed, with no discrepancies detected.
Suspected		At least one discrepancy has been detected in one of the applicable checks performed.
Not Applicable		No checks were performed because the applicability process determined the file as not relevant to the selected checks.
Faulted		Files that couldn't be analyzed due to format or upload issues.
