Introduction
- Verify allows you to export project analysis results to an Excel file for offline review.
- The Project Analysis Excel Report consists of 6 types of sheets:

This is the main menu for the report and contains:
- A list of all sheets in the report
- Direct links to each sheet
- A summary of the number of related issues and files.
Glossary
Contains definitions and general information about the checks.
Project Info
Contains information about the project, such as Project ID, Therapeutic Area, and Project Status.
Summary Results
Summarizes the outcome of all checks performed on the files.
Checks containing “To Review” status are highlighted in yellow and have at least one suspected discrepancy to address. Checks containing “Verified” status are highlighted in Blue. Checks that were found not applicable to a given file are not highlighted.
This summary is displayed at the file level and check level. This section also includes an “Issues” column that has information regarding issues that were created in the project.
Check Discrepancy Details
Each check has a separate sheet with detailed information about the check-level discrepancies found, if any. If no discrepancies are found, this sheet is not created.
Workflow+
This tab includes all issues and related information, such as current status, the most recent comment and last update date, etc (including precise time zone information).
How to Download the Excel Report [Step-by-Step]
- Downloading the Project Analysis Excel Report can be done in 2 places:

File Review Page:
- Click on the kebab menu at the top of the left panel, next to the project name
- Select Download analysis report

Task Manager page:
- Click on ‘More’ at the top right corner
- Select Download analysis report
Findings Report (Evaluation Report)
The Findings Report is an automated, audit-ready export designed for internal evaluation or external Data Monitoring Committee (DMC) reviews. It provides a complete consolidation of project findings, full resolution lifecycle histories (chronological comments and status changes), and is contextually grouped by Delivery. The exported Excel file includes the following structured tabs:
- TLFs Findings: Programmer-owned internal tasks.
- BDR Findings: Non-programmer-owned external tasks.
- Dataset Findings: Issues explicitly related to ADaM and SDTM datasets.

Reviewers: An aggregated list of all users involved, broken down by delivery date and role.
